The media could not be loaded. The original screen had torn on the edges and needed replacement. This item was well priced, delivered quickly and included a lint brush. Except for the center brace, the new unit is exactly the same size as the original equipment lint screen.

The holes in the screen and the heavy wire works great.

After reading reviews on many similar products, I decided on this one. The screen is sturdier and thicker than my previous replacement. However, it's also a really tough fit and after a week of using my dryer every day, this is still a bit of a struggle to get it out and then put it back in. The lint does come off nicely, but there is a bit of a gap at the top between the screen and dryer which my previous replacement did not have. I do like that it came with the brush since I needed a new of those, too. I'm not unhappy with it by any means, just pointing out what I've noticed. I like to replace these every other year and will more than likely buy something else next time.

The filter works well. It fits a little snug and needs adjusting every time I clean out the filter. The cleaning tool is very handy.
