Awesome tool, simple to use
This is a great tool, I purchased the Bluetooth adapter for Windows and Android. I never took the disc out of the package. I downloaded the software to my Galaxy S6 and plugged in the adapter to my 2012 Ram with 6.7 Cummins. The adapter and phone paired up and it immediately connected. It cleared a code and then read a ton of parameters including ats and common rail fuel. Worth every penny

Outdated, terrible customer service.
Company is stuck in the past. The hardware is bulky compared to anything made in the last 5 years. Windows software only comes on CD. Since I don't have a CD drive, I requested a digital copy is the software, and their customer service outright refused to provide it despite my being a paying customer. Hardware also lacks features compared to newer OBD devices. The same dyno run file taken on Android shows different results when viewed on Windows, though this could be because I have to use the trial version of their software due to said lack of CD drive. They claim money back guarantee, and I'm seriously considering finding out if their word is any good on that.
