I got two zippered Queen cases and turned this inside out in them with my hands and wrists zipped in. Definitely do this task outside where you won’t mind some fluffy down hanging around the yard for a week or so. 1 pound is probably the perfect amount for a standard case, this felt a little shy for me in the Queen size. My husband likes a more squishy pillow though, so he adopted it and loves it.It was a really silly and fun project to fill. Definitely a challenge! Economical with the two zippered cases deal Amazon has. I will do again for me, just with more filling next time.

I love the quality this seller provides. To all those nay sayers in reviews... yea there were a few feathers in mine but my whole bag was about 1% feather pokes. It can't be perfect!! The only thing Im dissapointed in is its not enough to make a medium fill standard pillow. I dont have a scale to weigh it but it feels as a 1 lb should b minus the bag (pillow cover) it came in. Ty seller. I will be buying more to complete my project when I can afford it. *grumble grumble prices* x-p

Just as promised, it's a bag of clean, fluffy goose down. This will generously fill a Queen-sized pillowcase with enough left for a travel pillow. However, handling this stuff is a bit tough. Untie the bag, put it inside your target pillow case and foof it out. Do it outside and let the breeze carry the escapees off to some lucky bird or squirrel for nest lining.

I've made bed pillows from this down for a few people, and everyone has been delighted. They are clean, soft, odor-free and beautiful. A bit pricey but worth it.

Only gave it 4 stars due to packaging. Shipped compacted, not an issue. Issue is if you intend to fill your comforter or pillow with it, you will be scooping out the down by the hand full and stuffing your project. Would be better packaged if it could be directed into your specific project.
