The media could not be loaded.  Got this as a gift for my mum as she suffers from some neck pain.What she most liked about it is that the pressure is adustable and it can be carried around easily without any hassle.From the first couple of uses she could feel some relief in her neck and sholuders. It's definitely not going to cure her long term neck pain problem but the short term relief was more than enough for her.

I didn't expect this to make the huge difference that it has but I wish I had bought this sooner.I have damage all over my spine following an accident years ago and my neck has been causing problems following some insomnia to the extent that it was painful every day. I used this and not only did my neck feel supported but I fell asleep too.The fabric is soft against the skin and the velcro straps hold everything in place.I'm now using this once a week or so and it's making a huge difference to my pain and discomfort levels
