Bought this to try to make a VERY uncomfortable futon bed in our guest room a little more comfortable for a visiting relative. The futon was so uncomfortable, hard, & lumpy, I wasn't sure ANYTHING would be enough. This topper is HEAVEN. Thick, dense, just the right amount of give & cushion. We want one for our own bed now! I am hypersensitive to smells, & there was surprisingly virtually no odor. It puffed up fully within about 36 hours. Good quality. We had no issue w/ any rips or tears or fragility at all either in unpacking, using, nor folding up to vacuum seal in a storage bag between uses. Highly recommend.

I recently had major back surgery and couldn't get comfortable on the 2 foam toppers I was using. This mattress finally allowed me to get comfortable enough to sleep more than 6 hours. Not too firm, not too soft - just right! The "egg crate" design allows to tender spots to be supported without causing pressure.

My husband had to visit his Mom, and was sleeping on the couch. I sent this mattress topper, and he loved it! It was soft, but still gave support. His sleep instantly was improved, along with aches and pains from the couch. The price was great, and delivery was quick.

I have spine issues that make finding a mattress really difficult. My current mattress is much too firm but I cannot afford to purchase another mattress at the moment so I decided to give this a try. I do not sleep well at all on memory foam mattress, they tend to exacerbate my back issues. I was not hopeful when I purchased this, I was just desperate. To my surprise this has worked out really well. It is very thick, which on a softer mattress would give me a problem. On my current mattress, which is very firm, this topper provides just the right amount of cushion so that I can finally sleep through the night.If you are in a situation like this, I do not mean to say this will solve your issue but I will say it is worth a try. I was surprised it worked for me.

This was exactly as described. It expands to a full four inches. I ordered the twin size after pricing all kinds of beds for large dogs - they are expensive, especially when you are searching for orthopedic support for aging dogs. So, instead of spending $300.00 at LL Bean (yes that is the cost for a top-rated, XL, basic orthopedic bed) I bought this twin size for $75.00 and a cover for about $40.00.The topper arrived yesterday, and I was impressed that there didn't seem to be an odor. It was compressed and had to be carefully cut out of the packaging, but it was easy to stretch out on my dining room table so it could expand. After about 15 minutes it was fully expanded so I measured my pup's current bed and cut the topper for bed one. Perfect fit in his old bed cover! I was surprised that the foam was so easy to cut. It was a little challenging - it is four inches high, but overall, not that hard taking it a little at a time.Now I am waiting on the cover I ordered from Amazon to arrive so I can make the second bed. I will have some left over and I may be able to make some type of pillow with the left-over foam. Who knows????So, for a little over $100.00 I will have two dog beds made with egg crate memory foam that is firm and soft at the same time. My 90lb Chocolate Labrador Retriever loves it! He is 13 and when he tried it out yesterday - he just crashed, stretched out, and slept so well. I hope this continues to help him because he was getting more and more restless during the night on his old bed.I am truly impressed with the quality of this foam topper. I have no idea of a rating for a human bed, but it was a great buy for a homemade doggie bed.

I had purchased this for my aunt whom is older after having spent 2 seconds sitting on her bed Her bed was hard and had a piece of old non memory egg crate foam on it. I asked her why her bed was so uncomfortable and she was upset that she had priced new ones and just couldn't afford one..I figured I would be spending more than the price of this product for a good topper so I set out looking. I didn't want anything infused with lavender, I needed it to have an egg crate style and be thick enough with a good mix of soft but firm support..I was not sure I would succeed.. She also lives in a very humid environment and I was worried about the breathability of a foam product. This thing hit every mark and she loves it. It's like a whole new bed, iits very comfortable, breaths well, t didn't have much odor right out of the bag, it took just a few hours to properly expand and now I want one..It's a really good purchase for me.

Soooo comfortable. Took camping, My hips and shoulders didn’t not hurt at all as I’m a side sleeper. But we had to be real careful when rolling it up as the underneath torn easily

Helps make the camper bed better to sleep on.
