Did not come with a grip tool. I had mine installed by a golf repair shop.

Q: This any bigger around than the oem grip on my ping arm lock putter? If not, is there one with a bigger diameter? I am tall and skinny

NO its thin as normal grips and there isnt a wider 21"

21 inches. Works very well for an armlock putting style

Q: Would you have to bend your putters loft to negate the forward press?

That’s a possibility. However, the grip doesn’t create a forward press. You would create it through ball positioning.
