Good quality low cost
This is a nice low cost option. The call quality seems good and it pairs to both my computer and my phone with minimal hassle. It's fairly comfortable, but I dont think I'd want to wear it all day. I have a plantronics unit that is signifcantly more expensive and isn't nicer, except that it offloads all the functionality to a powered base -- that creates a slightly lighter ear piece. For units with all the functionality in the ear piece though it seems like this one is fairly comfortable.

not my Motorola
I used a Motorola bluetooth for many years and loved it. I decided to try this one after having trouble with my last Motorola. The earpiece does not fit well, and it is difficult to hear people talking unless I am in a quiet area. Sometimes have to press the earpiece into my ear to hear. It's hard to tell where the battery level is, and it will suddenly just stop working.

Uncomfortable
It works well, except the volume doesn't seem to work - but it does with putting the volume up or down on the phone. However, it feels heavy and awkward on my ear, I liked the thinner Motorolla shaped ear hook for the top and found it much more comfortable to wear. I would have bought another one of those but couldn't find one.

Not a normal charger
I use mine most of the day. The good, good battery life, seems rugged. The bad, talk to type, there is a 2-3 second delay so you have to wait before talking for your phone to type (previous headset with same phone, this was not a problem). The charger is something I have never seen before and I have a lot of different chargers, don't even see them in the store either. If you need a replacement or spare, good luck! The ugly, BIG behind the ear hook. Hard to get on quickly with one hand, sucks when wearing sunglasses. Unit seems durable but I will look for a different one when this dies or I am tired of it.

Recommended. I like it.
Easy to pair and not too complicated to operate. I like that magnetic chargiing connection instead of inserting and pulling it out to unplug it everytime. Doesn’t irritate my sensitive ears from the material used for the earplug. Quality is very good.

Not super comfortable, but works well
Can't keep it in my ear for more than 60-90 minutes without a little discomfort, but it holds a charge well, stays on pretty well, and quality is pretty good. For the price, it's a nice little headset.

Breaks Up
I only use this Bluetooth occasionally, and when I do, my phone is within a foot or two of the Bluetooth. A couple of people have complained that I was breaking up. When I turn off the headset, they can hear me clearly. The quality of the sound that I hear is a bit tinny. Unfortunately, when I went to return it, the window for returns had expired four days before.UPDATEThe seller contacted me on 11/26 and said that they had reviewed my case and were willing to refund my money or send me another BT in an effort to get me to change my one-star rating. I opted for the replacement. It was no better. During one conversation with my boss, he could not even understand what I was saying. I responded back to the seller, who advised that there must be something wrong with my phone; however, it should be noted that use several BT devices with my phone and have no issues with any of them. In fact, I ordered a different BT to replace these and it works great.I asked the seller if the option to return both devices for a refund was still open and they said it was. They said that they had no way of sending my a shipping label but would send me an extra $10 to cover my costs. I sent out both devices, along with copies of all of our correspondence on 11/30. USPS tracking shows that they were delivered on 12/2. When I asked when I might expect my refund, they said they had not been able to find the package. I sent them a scan of the receipt and a screen shot of the delivery conformation. They are now saying that I have proven that I returned them, but they cannot do anything until they find the package and that I just need to be willing to wait. They even had the audacity to say that they have lost money in trying to resolve this. Well, I've lost $40 plus shipping. I did everything they asked me to do and they have not honored their commitment to make this right. Today is 1/1, tomorrow will be a month since they received the devices and still no refund. I think I've waiting long enough so I decided to update my review so other potential buyers will be aware.
