I wanted a relaxing bath time product and I’ve never used epsom salts before, I saw this recommended on a YouTube video so I got the Relax and Relief salts and they’re amazing! They helped with my aches and my body felt so relaxed using these salts in my bath. They really made my body feel calm, it’s literally as if all the stress worries and pains float away after using this. I used the accompanying body wash too which also is super exfoliating and luxurious on the skin as is the salt for the bath. My skin was left smooth, I felt nice and rested and relaxed after my bath using this product. Going to use it all the time now!! Doesn’t cure aches and pains, just helps a lot with them. Side note I purchased on Amazon prime and came next day, and it smelt just fine; its a nice smell but definitely an acquired taste, definitely wouldn’t call the smell foul, seeing other reviews I recommend only purchasing from Amazon and not any other sellers

This smells awful a bit like lynx deodorant. I like the properties in Epsom salts and thought I couldn't go wrong with this brand, after all the lavender one of this is superb. I was so wrong! The salt works like it should but the smell! yuck it is the most horrible non relaxing smell I can think of. If it was real eucalyptus and spearmint it would be a lot nicer, I don't believe it's not some sort of man made compound. It's not possible for it to smell like this if it was real. I'll buy lavender Epsom salts from now on, I'd rather enjoy my soak then spend it holding my breath!

Honestly i have no idea if these have any real effect at all. They do smell REALLY nice! and make me feel special.I do so many things after exercises - recovery shakes, recovery tights, stretching, cool downs etc, so many variables i don't know if these make a big difference or not.What i would say is, they smell nice, i think they help - even if a placebo with my brain going "oh yeah john boy your using those lovely bath salts, me likely, lets recovery quicker"I will purchase these again - partly because i love baths and the smell and my opinion, i think they probably do help.

Bought this for my sister as a gift since she loves to work out! She says they are absolutely amazing, and work so well! The price was very affordable, and was great value! 10 out of 10

I have tried other soaks as I do a lot of sports and have found this to be the best. A cheaper brand was too strong smelling and this was just right; I know other people criticised the smell but I like it. My body always feels better after using and after trying cheaper brands, I will return to buying this. The Velcro top is also excellent so there are no spills in the cupboard.
