I liked the chair, but when the arm broke I contacted the seller and it took some time, but they finally contacted me and gave me a refund. They stand by their products and will refund when they malfunction.

Comfortable and easy to set up. Lightweight and compact when folded. Good durability.

It's is so easy to set up and the padding is thick enough so your bottom and back won't hurt.

Purchased the chair and when received - tags were off, arms were loose, stitching coming loose on arms and there was garbage in the pockets (nerds candy wrappers).Spoke with Amazon and they said they couldn’t help me and I had to speak with manufacturer directly. Manufacturer was to respond in 48hrs and I was promised a new one by Amazon. I submitted requests to manufacturer a couple times. Time window has come and gone a couple of times with zero response. Not worth the money.

This seat is pretty to look at but very uncomfortable to seat on. The padding on the seat is very thin and after few minutes I already caught myself shifting side to side trying to relieve the pain. The metal pipe under the knees has a padding but it was still cutting off the circulation to my legs. I had to keep my feet up on top of the bleacher in front of me for the whole game, and that didn't help with the poor padding of the seat. Same issue with the back, that padded pipe should not be there to hurt my shoulder blades if I lean on.I am definitely going to return these seats.
