Excellent for Long Days OTP
I’ve used Plantronics headphones for quite a while. These headphones are very comfortable on my head and ears, making it possible to wear them for hours on end without issue.The range is excellent and the sound quality is very good. Callers on the other end say that my voice sounds very good as well.As a person that works a lot on the phone, the right headset makes all the difference. This headset checks all the boxes, including some pretty amazing battery life. Highly recommended!

Amazing product but a bit glitchy
The headset's quality, sound, and comfort are amazing. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is that it is a bit glitchy at times with the base and switching from the computer to the desk phone. I would definitely recommend this product to others.

Defected
Love the headphones but unfortunately mine came with some noise in the left headphone. It was very disturbing.

Fine when it works
The product is fine when it is working, but the one I received has intermittent issues with both the speakers and the microphone. Speakers crackle and squelch sometimes, but if I fiddle with the headset they can go back right. People complain on zoom or Webex calls they can’t hear me…switch to different audio device and it is fine, so I blame the headset.
