I usually wake up a lot during the night and have used these when I couldn't get to sleep. I slept much better when I use them. I haven't used them regularly, but I've found them very helpful with no after effects

Gradually increased up to 3 patches 2 hrs before bedtime and still nothing. Gone back to using melatonin tablets instead which do work for me.

They work really well as long as you remember to put them on at least 30 minutes before going to bed. I'm so glad I found these patches. This seems to be the only way I can reliably get melatonin as an adult in the UK. The only criticism and it's a very small one they're a little too sticky and sometimes hurt a little when they come off even in hairless places! But I'd rather that than they fell off. I'm thrilled with this product. It works where every other natural sleep aid I used hasn't. I've even been able to come off prescribed sleep meds and just use these! I can't recommend these patches enough!

I've used melatonin from the US when I used to travel regularly. On my first US trip in years I needed help on the first nights and I was able to get to sleep fairly quickly. I did wake early but having had 4+hours it was much better than without.

Tried these for two weeks. Found no difference at all. I would not buy again. When treating via skin specific calculation needs to be made to ensure proper absorption levels. These did not work

This patch is superior to any of the products I've tried! I've usually had to buy this from the USA ! With postage this was far more expensive!A definite 5/5

Aid sleep

No effect at all. In fact, when I've used them I've slept even worse and been kept awake. Useless product.
