Q: How sections are there on the inside to create division areas? Are there any inside small storage sections or pouches?

The main area inside of the bag has 2 padded dividers, creating 3 sections. The middle section is larger enough for my laptop and my padfolio. I keep my tablet in the back section and miscellaneous files in the front pocket. The back section also has an additional zipper section you can put any number of things in and on the front of the bag under the fold over flap there is an additional zipper pouch. Great bag, carries a ton of weight for me and I've had no problems

Yes it is. I love my messenger bag. I get many compliments on how good it looks.
