Poor quality for the price

I ordered 3 x of this pack out of the 24 pieces I received 15 of them ripped within the first time I zipped them up. I expected a lot more for the price.

I've received the product well on time, however I was expecting it to be hardshell but came out to be soft shell and the worst part is that all the parts have stains on them like they've been used. Not recommended.

This review is two-fold. First off, the packing cubes are great and they did exactly what I hoped they would: help me organize my disaster of a suitcase (more in a sec).Secondly, their customer service is fantastic and they stand behind their product. The first set of bags came with a slight flaw, which costumer service took care of immediately and without a bit of hassle.The cubes are sturdy and generously sized, but not so big as to be too big. Kind of a Goldilocks sizing on all of them. The material is light but tough - a total win. Plus, they're easy to store as they can be folded and put inside one another.After seeing how well they worked for me, two of my friends bought them. Can hardly get a better review than that.I have truly been more than happy with these cubes and with the amazing customer service I've received. I will continue to use them on every trip and recommend them to everyone I know.

I love the quality of the fabric and the compression is very good. The labels help to keep the cubes organized and I love the different sizes for the different things I pack. I travel every other week so I get a lot of use of them. I had an issue with one of the bags but their customer service took care of it immediately and I was extremely impressed. I will definitely be ordering more from this brand and recommending it to my friends and family.

Update 8/16: THANK YOU to Nimpha and the folks at well travelled for addressing my concerns about their compression bag products swiftly and with several fixes. They really went the extra mile to ensure the issue was rectified and leaving me with a great experience. I will definitely give the brand another try!!Bought these for a trip to wine country Just one use and they are already ripping at the seams. Wouldn’t recommend

These compression cubes are the best. Not only are they practical for packing but they leave my clothes fairly wrinkle free when arriving at my newest destination. I admit to being Type A - keeping my suitcase organized for long trips is awesome! Keep up the great work.

Received them Saturday 8/5, the quality was excellent, The only problem that I have with them is they are to small. I can only put baby clothes in them. may return them, not sure yet!
