We used to have folding plastic crates to carry out washed laundry and which folded to fit into a slim slot. However, the UV rays of the sun made the plastic brittle. As they were thin, they rarely last 2 years each crate. A hunt for crate replacement found this on Amazon. It is one of the few which is thin enough for our purposes but still remain a decent size when expanded. Would have preferred one which is slightly larger but could not find one which is a thin when folded.If there is one wish, it would be to have the nandles straight across rather than curved because we store it standing vertically but due to the shape of the handles, it is slanted and juts out of the storage slot.

This replaced another 41 litre basket, but strangely is significantly smaller... Generally speaking, Litres don't vary! It's not even that well made with uneven corner creases that look like where it will fail. I don't see it lasting very well.

Don’t be fooled by the description of a Large Basket. It’s definitely NOT large.

Every home should have these. So good we bought more. Really helps keep the house clutter free. We store a couple above our pull out laundry bin. Can't recommend these enough. Don't buy one. Buy two!

As advertised very good product however is stiff to unfold so hoping that gets easier over time.

My daughters of to uni so this is perfect. Compact and will serve her very well. Strong, spacious. Only one issue.. Once folded its a bit tricky to pull out.. Maybe some small handle grips at the bottom would help People with arthritis or other weakness..
