I don't have any experience with the super expensive guns, but this thing is awesome for what I need it for. Haven't had any issues with charging like others have said. Tons of different heads and 5 different speeds help you get a wide range of massages from it and the quality is solid for the price

Tried to reach out to support and no dice. Cannot reach anyone for a replacement. Amazon does not gave warranty. Just a waste of money.

This gives me what I need in regard to pain relief.

Purchased on Sept 8th 2021. Used it normally and nit more than 4 times a month. It no longer works. Today is November 21, 2023. I expected it to last much longer. I feel cheated. 😪

Bought in early November, but gave this as a Christmas present, so now outside the return window. Worked great for the first month. Now it will not charge/turn on. Do not waste your money.

The media could not be loaded.  I got this as a gift at work. It came all ready for the first use, but I plugged it anyway. I used it for a couple of minutes and it was spectacular. I was not sure if it was charging so I left it for a couple of hours and when I came back the battery was almost depleted. When I turned it off, the machine never came back to life. Please help!

Ordered on six months ago and it worked great. Got one for my son, and it would not hold a charge. Returned it and got a replacement - same problem. Unit works if you leave it plugged in to power. Tried charging for three hours before using.

Worked great for a year but now it won’t charge and I had to throw it away.
