Everything came in perfect condition! It was really easy to install. The quality is obviously there. After tightening the nuts down, Everything is stable. It's easy to adjust the shower head into different positions. The water pressure from the shower head was good but the handheld shower was amazing! It performs exactly what I needed it to do!

I was unsure about this as I’ve never heard of the brand. It’s high quality, looks great, easy to install, and works well. If you’re looking for a great value in a rain head this is it.

I bought this shower to mainly bath my toddler. This is really really helpful and very easy to install. It has good adjustability and has both hand shower and over head shower. The water flow is really fine to give a good bath to my toddler with hand shower and adjust temperature accordingly.

Looks good and performs well overall. Easy to install as it came well packed with simple instructions and all of the needed hardware. I do have a weeping leak from the main head pivot point which may possibly be from the install.One thing I really like is that the hand sprayer feels VERY solid and high end. It also has a strong spray when the flow destructor is removed during install.

So far so good! Love the elevated look of our bathroom now with this upgrade. Love the handheld shower wand and that there are many ways to adjust the main shower head. Purchased the slide bar as well and it made the wand much easier to access. Mounted the slide bar with just the adhesive and so far it’s holding up well. Pressure is great and no leaks so far. Total install time was less than 20mins. Thinking about purchasing another for our guest bath! Only things I would change are that the shower wand had different pressure settings (i.e. high, medium, or low), and that the extender for the main shower head was a bit longer, but not deal breakers.

We've been in the market for a quality, buget friendly, and aesthetically pleasing rain shower + handheld combo that has minimal installation and drilling. This G-Promise delivered!*The item was delivered on the same day it was ordered, and was shower-ready in less than 20min.*We removed the old tape and fixture & taped all the connections (diverter, showerhead, shower arm, handheld head).*Water pressure was fine without removing the restrictor, even while both heads used at the same time.*One tip would be to face the handheld spray nozzle away from the rain shower head, as it can splash out of the shower stall.*Cleaning/rinsing the stall after each shower will be a cinch with this awesome handheld with solid pressure!

I usually don't install anything but I really wanted a new look in my shower so I went for it since this set received a very high review rating. It took me an hour because I had to read and read again to make sure I did not have to reverse my work. Also, I had to make sure I tightened everything so there are no leakages. I took my first shower after the install and it went well. I did not adjust the height of the head at first because I was an idiot so I was wondering why the head was so low and close to my head, lol! I did adjust the height after my shower and it was easy. It seems to be well made for the price. I especially love the hand held shower wand since the rain shower head feels like rain but the wand gives you a feeling of cleanliness since the water pressure is stronger. Of course I used the wand to clean my shower afterwards and it was fun! I hope it lasts awhile! I love that the shower head could be tilted so as to not get my hair wet!

After shopping around for awhile and being uncertain toward other models due to reviews stating they dont last and are of poor quality, I decide to give this one a try despite it being a little more expensive. But everything is great so far! Seems solid and all metal. Hand held is small but does the trick. Love it the rainfall effect. My only regret now is not going for a 10 or 12 inch model!!

This shower head is exactly what I was looking for. Pressure is good and the installation was easy. Couldn't be happier of my choice.

Bought the shower head so it had the extra hand head so we could wash the dog with the hand held. Great looking shower head. Works well. Would recommend.

Really like the pressure of this shower. Works well & easy to use the secondary hand held shower.Only complaint is that it seems like a piece is missing from the hand held part… it doesn’t fit in the holder very securely & I’m afraid it’ll fall off if bumped (see photo)

Had and used this product for about a year, then the stainless steel shower hose (connecting to the handheld shower head) began to leak profusely. It wasn't leaking from any joint, it was leaking straight out of the side of the tube. Contacted the seller 3 times to ask their opinion or what they can do about it (because they state they have a 3 year warranty on parts). No one ever replied to me, I guess the stated warranty is not true.
