This is so simple to use. They work great. Only thing is that once you get them on your shoe they can be a little difficult to remove. Recommend that if you are going to keep the afo for this style that you purchase several so you are not having to take them on and off to other shoes.

I got these as an additional anti-foot drop brace package. Used properly, as in the 2 pairs I've gotten with the Core foot drop brace, will work just fine. And, the foot drop brace is still holding strong!
