GE GE22764 Latex-Caulk, caulker, White

I painted houses for two summers during college and have used a wide variety of different caulks, and this one is excellent. I purchased this to re-seal the window heads, jambs, and sills of our entire house, and it went on perfectly. So far it has held up very well, in wet and cold conditions, and has yet to show any signs of wear. So far so good!

This product filled the bill when I painted my wood frame house. I recaulked every inch utilizing this great product. Of course time will tell, but then I primered with oil based stuff, then painted it. I hope the horizontal rain in Florida will stay outside where it belongs. I thought it was a bit pricy but I wanted the job done properly. Time will tell eh?

worked well, easy to use. clean up was OK, not easy not too difficult.

This is not the typical caulk you pick up at the hardware store for three bucks a tube. This professional grade urethane caulk will last a lifetime. It absolutely will not shrink or crack. I've used it to seal areas of my fishing boat and sun and water exposure have had no effect. It's a bit pricier but worth the cost.

Only used one time so far and it worked great. It actually cleaned up very well. I will post of I run into any issues.
