This is one of the most in depth and practical books I have ever owned for connecting with myself through learning about the chackras. This book is truly a blessing and will bless whomever feels compelled to obtain it. One of the best decisions I've made thus far!

I learned that we all have one and that it is, in essence, a version of ourselves we create through our traumas. Identifying and getting to know our ego helps us subjectively view ourselves and how our layers are either holding us back and preventing us from obtaining our dreams, or hurting others and hurting ourselves even.This book has assisted my journey to detach from this armor that I thought has been protecting me.. and allowed me to real my softer side and to trust the journey of vulnerability. This book will inspire growth and allow you to be conscious of how aligned you are physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Easy to follow along whether you are new to learning the chakras or experienced in going deep into your practice. I highly recommend this for anyone looking to navigate their own journey!

I have been on my self care spiritual journey for a few years now. And I wish this book was out when I started. It could’ve helped me along the way. But I am grateful to have it now. Step by step techniques. Different yoga poses for each chakra. Different foods and meditation techniques. I love it
