After three years of buying gel pens I finally found ones I really like. These are grea!. Every single pen works beautifully. The right amount of ink comes out as I sketch and they write very smoothly. The glitter amount is perfect. Every stroke of each pen produces an excellent amount of glitter with a nice consistent flow.I am used to buying big packs of glitter pens from other companies only to have so many of them not work for so many reasons. I wish I had known about Sergeant Art earlier. This packet of pens includes all the colors that I need and they’re all very nice colors. Each color is very fun to use. None of them are too dark or too light.Hope you have his much fun using them as I do!

This is actually the second set of these pens I've ordered. I included them as part of a care package for a friend along with an adult coloring book. The colors are bold and vivid, and the sparkle of the glitter gel ink is very visible. I got myself a pack of them to use for writing cards a while back and was really happy with them, so I was glad to see they are still sold here and still really reasonably priced. I think the glitter is more sparkly in these pens than in other, similar sets I've tried. The only downside is that the ink does tend to run out quickly, but I have found that to be true with most glitter gel pens as they never seem to be fully filled with ink for some reason. Overall I would still recommend this set as they write smoothly and have lots of great glitter.

After reading another review of this on this product, I decided to purchase these glitter gel pens. They are fantastic! I love them. They make smooth clear lines with plenty of color. I also think they will last longer than any other gel pens I have ever purchased. The clear case that they sent in make a great storage container, since it is very well made. I hope they will make them in more colors sometime in the near future. I also purchase the Sargent Art 10 count Metallic pen set and love them equally. I highly recommend these pens.

I loved the subtle glitter and shimmer the pens have. My pages written with these pens look beautiful in the light and there's pretty minimal fallout with the glitter (some of the shimmer does come off but most of it stays locked in the ink)The one thing I have to comment on is the amount of writing you get per pen. I write a lot, I do a lot of journaling. I have a large Happy Planner notebook, and each pen writes two pages front and back plus the front of one page so technically 5 pages per pen.This however seems to be pretty standard with glitter gel pens so as long as you know what you're getting, I believe you'll enjoy owning them.Plus they're easy to open so you can easily purchase refills I'd imagine.The color of the inks is nicely saturated and the shimmer is plenty, and they write very smoothly.

Love the glittery look of these pens! I've bought 3 packs so far. They give that lovely sheen and shine you want. I have bought other pens that say they are glitter but look flat - these look terrific!Only drawback: not much ink in them, but then they aren't that expensive so it seems a fair trade off. Just know they don't last long. (2nd picture above is a new, full pen.)

The colors are gorgeous, but you only get half a pen full of ink if that. I don’t know if their machines are not working or they’re just out of ink

I just received these pens in the mail and tried them out immediately on white and black paper. They are fabulous!! The lighter colors, gold, silver, etc. absolutely glow on black! The ink flow is thick, broad and continuous, so important for the hand lettering that I do. There is, actually, a sort of a green, not as green as I'd hoped but all the colors are beautiful and I like them much more than the Sakura Gelly Rolls plus you get twice the number of pens/colors for less money. I'm ordering another set as soon as I finish this review. O Happy Day:)

I have used Sargent Art Glitter Gel Pens with my adult coloring books for years. The colors are bold, shimmery, and beautiful! In the past I purchased all of these at Hobby Lobby, but now can't find anywhere locally that has them. I bought five packs of these pens from Amazon and I am SO disappointed with them. The quality is inferior, and every single pen runs out of ink with very little use of the pen. It leaves me with no choice but to pull that color out of a new pack in order to complete what I'm working on. I hope this is not going to be an ongoing problem with these pens because I really do love using them!

Ok, I don't know what happened, but Sargent has changed these pens! I've ordered about 10 sets and the last one was all wrong! The yellow, which used to be an excellent golden colour has now changed to be a yucky yellow. I'm so upset!! I'm going to have to switch to another glitter gel pen brand to find a suitable gold now. I tried the Flair and they have a good gold although some of their other colours are darker than I like. Why did this happen?!! *cries*These pens are the best I've ever used! I am so in love with them I'm ordering my 3rd set today. I use them like crazy and just can't rave enough about them. I bought them because they were cheap, but I will now only buy Sargent gel pens. The inks are bright and vibrant and flow smoothly and evenly when colouring larger spaces, but are pinpoint accurate for tiny, intricate work. I'm amazed at how the fine glitter sparkles and yet doesn't impede the ink flow at all. They don't bleed through the pages (although I have only used them on thicker paper) and they don't smear. I love, Love, LOVE them!

Sargent Art Glitter Gel Pens are by far the best I've tried yet. The volume of ink in each pen is also the highest I've found so far. While the price is a little higher than bargain brands at the outset, these pens last longer because there is more ink and are higher quality. I'm always trying new products just in case there's something i'd like to add to my collection. I've tried numerous types of gel pens so I feel capable of making comparisons. The ink flows with consistency and uniform coverage making these the best yet. I haven't needed to throw any of these away because the ink dried or clogged up. I'll definitely buy more when I run out. Perfect for adult coloring and sketching. I use gel pens, various markers, regular colored pencils and am waiting for Watercolor colored pencils to arrive. Love these glitter pens for adding that extra touch. A+
