I use this to clamp an old fitness tracker to my wrist- not quite the purpose for which it was designed but works okay. As a wrist support it's great- my left wrist no longer clicks loudly.

Easy to put on, better with help. Gives my wrist good support.

i’m a cheerleader and have weak wrist and my wrists would often get sore during practice to the point that they were bruising this would then prevent me from such as tumbling and stunting and i would struggle with stunts due to the pain in my wrists … since i’ve got these i’ve had no pain in my wrists and bruising has stopped i would highly recommend this to anyone who does any sports and cheerleaders who also have wrist pain i never go a practice without them they are also quite comfortable and i’ll sometimes forget i have them on:)

This was meant to protect the wrist. Not for me. It made things worse.

This is made well and fits comfortably but didn’t extend down the wrist far enough too support my injury.

Great rist bands my wife used them on her foot for restless legSyndrome and they work.
