For looks, VFM, quality and reliability (as you'd expect from Casio), you won't find a better sports watch. I've owned 2 G Shocks that cost much more, but this is far superior. The buttons are big and sure, the case is rugged and protects the face really well. The strap is durable, comfortable and the slider doesn't move. The operation is as simple as the venerable F91 and the amber light is gorgeous and highly effective. I will buy more and highly advise anyone to look no further.Tip: if you want to remove the bling lettering (illuminator, 10 year watch battery) rub gently with a pencil eraser and there will be no damage to the case. Absolutely Brilliant, Ticks every box for me, just what I wanted a lightweight comfortable watch clearly displaying the date and time! No silly step counter no charging every other day! Just simplicity with a great Design from a great brand! Would definitely recommend this watch!

This is so incredibly practical and easy to use. Can't believe how robust and effective this is for under £30. Huge time display and always easy to read with all the features you need and it looks stylish and rugged. I have a ridiculous amount of G Shocks and crazy amounts of money spent on them and this £30 Casio cousin is just as good as my Rangeman at £600. Brilliant watch buy one for the whole family, you wont be disappointed.

Well first off I think it important to emphasise that I do like this watch a lot, and am keeping it, regardless of the fact thst it has the idiotic backwards date display of the month before day.The first thing I noticed is that the LCD display was not as 'clear' as I was expecting it to be. That is to say that the contrast between the time elements and the black was not as demarked as it seems to be in pictures or review shots. The result is of course that it can be pretty difficult to see on dull days and so even in the daytime you will be using the light. But on the plus side the built-in light it really good and really does a great job of illuminating the elements of the watch. Given this issue though, I'm not sure if the battery will last 10 years.Other than that, which is a minor issue, and the idiotic Anerican backwards date display, for the price this watch is brilliant.It is comfortable on the wrist, it is satisfyingly large and chunky, even on my rather large wrists and it looks great too.I never found the instructions on how to set up this watch until the morning after, but you won't need them. The labelling on the butons are enough to get it done with little or no effort.It has five alarms (which I will never use).It has a Countown Timer, also which I will never use. It has a stopwatch, which I will use and a Dual Time which in my case, I set for the change in summer/winter.One can switch between 12/24 hour (start button). Each press in timekeeping mode switches it, leaving a 'P' to the left of the hour in the afternoon for 12 hour.So all in all it is well worth the money.

Takes a while to get use to the black face but great everyday watch.
