Beautiful book
A word of appreciation for writing such a wonderful, easy to understand and yet deep book about one of our most important festivals. My daughter and I have been reading a chapter each day of Navratri and the conversations that follow have been wonderful. As modern parents we struggle to teach our kids about our culture in the same way we were taught. The days of grandparents telling you these stories are long gone, but books like this give me hope that we'll give them the one education we can't afford to miss out on. After all, if we don't pass on our own stories, who will?
