This fidget item seems pretty cool, however it arrived with one of the bubbles already torn and another tore by the very next day. It felt better made than that, so I don't know if I received a defective item? I wanted to obtain a replacement, and send the other one back. However, the only option this seller provides is to refund your money after sending the item back. However, this was a birthday gift and I wanted to replace the item quickly. This was incredibly disappointing to have a defective item to begin with and then have to go through the delay of refund time frame and then reorder the item. Not worth it. Go with a sellerer who can make the return/exchange process a bit easier.

Came in perfectly, nothing missing. Great for the price saw these somewhere else and it wasn’t worth it so I decided to order it. Best decision! Kids loved it!

Very disappointed in this product. Ordered two for my son and daughters birthday. One came with two bubbles already torn and the ring hole in the corner was ripped as well. My daughter was very sad. The second toy appears to be fine and my son really enjoys playing with it. No option to exchange, just return the broken one which is a hassle.
