Must buy if you are a baker. My bread was soft, the crumb was absolutely to my satisfaction. Moreover, it's gluten free and I love it! Definitely an essential for my bakes. It’s really hard to get this in the market and I’m glad this brand has started selling this. Not everyone knows this, but malted flour adds so much quality to the bakes. Go for it totally!

Absolutely love the packaging of this product, the ingredients are very good, it's unadulterated, does not have any added colours and moreover, it has low gluten content! I'm a regular buyer now.

Quality good but horrible packaging
Quality of the item is good and can be given 5 star. But the item was leaking in the package and i must have lost around 50 grams due to poor product package. Seller should make sure the item is properly sealed before sending

Very satisfied.
As an experienced Baker, this is a product I would recommend to all bakers out there. It adjusts enzymatic activity very well and that's why my dough is more relaxed and I need less time to knead as well. This product has made my whole baking process a lot faster.

Leaked Packet
I didn't open the seal yet the packet was covered in flour i tapped nd get it off but as i pressed a bit it leaked. I didn't used that much of force just light tap. I haven't used it yet so dont know the taste etc but freshness is really 0 .
