Q: Can i coat my existing epoxy resin floor?

Yes, provided the floor is still in good condition with no breaks in the coating. Simply sand with a light sand paper and a vacuum will provide a good key for another coat to stick to.

Q: can I apply direct to a new concrete floor which has already been primed with another product ?? Thank you.

Good Afternoon , Typically no as we have not done testing with other suppliers products so this would be at your own risk. If you were to use our products we would recommend removing the existing coatings/ primers , sanding the area down applying our relevant primer and our High Build Epoxy Coating. Q: Will the 5kg tin be enough for 2 coats on 17m2?

For 2 coats you would need 2 x 5kg. Each 5kg unit will cover 17-20m2 & we always recommend 2 coats so you will need 2. Please ensure you fully prepare the area you are coating by either sanding or grinding as it is critical that the epoxy paint has a key to adhere to. You may also require a primer too. Q: Can I paint this on laminate flooring

Hi, unfortunately not it is ideal for use on concrete so you would need to remove the laminate floor & then prepare the surface by sanding or grinding to create a key. The reason it can't be used over laminate floor is that the epoxy paint requires a key for it to adhere to, the laminate is too smooth. Hope this helps!
