Stream Smarter Paperback – March 24, 2016

Small streamer here, been doing it on and off for about a year now. The book has some great ideas that truly do help if you are starting out in this very competitive live broadcasting world. I would say give it a read and try the tricks, as a small streamer, they do help with learning the reality of what it takes to be a streamer and doesn't sugar coat, just to try and sell more books. Very nicely done.

I'm the type of person that forgets. This book helped me remember things I wanted to do. Give me ideas also. Give me a place to write down new ideas . Until It got stolen from me. I have to order another one.

My son loves this book! He's been talking about trying to get more viewers for his YouTube channel where he posts his videos from games he plays with friends, but it wasn't working too well. Then, he started talking about live streaming through Twitch. I saw this book, got it and started giving him advice. He was shocked about how informed I was and YES, my teenager listened to his mom! Eventually, I gave him the book. He loves it, and he said he's already gained a bunch of followers from following the strategy outlined in this book.

It was a decent book - no earth shattering secrets. You can find all the same advice on reddit.

Amazing read, I myself a streamer for going on 4 years heard most of this advice by word of mouth from other streamers over the years, but found things I never thought about, or brought new light to things I already knew from this book.

I like how simple the tips are, going straight to the point and giving useful examples to see for yourself

It’s ok expected to be a little more in it but most of the stuff was basic things you already know some of which maybe people forget but not too informative of things you haven’t heard before. Wouldn’t really buy again was ok for 1 time read that’s about it

This book is gold for every beginner streamer, a great refresh for Who streams professional. I appreciated and discovered dome New strategies I’ll apply in these days.

I can't really recommend it, but its too cheap to not. Its essentially gonna save you searching how to become a better streamer and reading the reddit sidebar for r/twitch. The link for a pdf suggestion a "professional looking twitch layout" is hidden behind a mailing list and also just tells you to use the website fivver

I have been uploading videos to YouTube for around 3 years now and have built up a reasonable channel. However I have always been hesitating about starting streaming, I knew it would help my channel but I didn't want to try to start streaming and then see little results. This book has certainly given me the confidence to start streaming now and I would recommend this book to anyone who streams or has a YouTube channel.

Vorab sei gesagt, dass ich bereits gute 6 Monate an Streaming-Erfahrung mitbringe, nichtsdestotrotz habe ich aus diesem Buch viele nützliche (Geheim)Tipps entnehmen können.Sehr empfehlenswert für Einsteiger- und Fortgeschrittene-Streamer!Das Problem ist, dass das Ganze in englischer Sprache verfasst ist, deswegen musste ich einige Male zum Wörterbuch greifen ;-). Aber wegen meiner sprachlichen Barriere straffen wir selbstverständlich nicht den Autor ab.Fazit: Gefilterte, gut recherchierte und sehr nützliche Informationen zum Thema "Streaming" abseits vom vielen "nonsense" aus dem Internet. Jeder Streamer wird sicherlich hier und da was dazu lernen können.
