I bought these Towino Reusable round gel ice pack set for the multifunctionality that they provide but especially for hot and cold compress for aching joints. I've been using them for the last week regularly after gyming and below are my observations about it.● The round gel ice gel pack set of 2 is sturdy and made of flexible durable material which makes it reusable. It is leakproof and the size is decent enough to cover a decent surface area but compact enough to target individual aching points while using for hot or cold therapy.● It can be used for both cold and hot applications. You can simply microwave the round gel packs for instant hot compress without any trouble, unlike in other gel packs, which are not microwaveable as you have to put it in boiling water, etc which was quite a botheration. For cold compress, you can simply refrigerate it or keep it in a freezer for 10-15 minutes.● It provides many more functionalities besides hot and cold compress for aching muscles. You could use it to keep drinks cool in a small cooler or a small lunch box warm, or on your forehead during fevers. You could warm it and keep it in your jacket pockets during winters for warmth. You could place it on your eyes for ache relief or to reduce swelling on hurt muscles. Owing to the portability and as it is a set of 2 you could use it in many different creative ways.● They are made of non-toxic material and have a medical-grade plastic lining that is safe for use.● The pricing is reasonable and it is "made in India" which is something I prefer and encourage.I'm getting good use out of these round gel packs for ache relief after both gyming and running. For its pricing, I feel that the quality and functionality that it provides are really great. I'm very happy with my purchase.

Have been using it for about a week.Used as both ice pack by freezing it and as hot pack by putting it in the microwave(for about 20s).No leak, no deformed shape. Its pretty consistent and easy to use.

While lifting some heavy package sprained my back. Immediately applied ice pack. The sprain was ok by next day. It is effective and easy to use.

Covering torn àfter some use

Within few days one of the two packs broke and all the gel started leaking out and I had to throw it out.After months, the 2nd one also broke .. not a reliable one
