Perfect for my needs

Now that it's summer, the bbq should be coming out pretty often! The problem with normal bbqs and simply grilling the meat, is that they cook from the outside in. However, if you stick your kebabs on skewers and then stick them on a bbq, they cook from both the outside and the inside - so skewers are a must!When I first got these skewers, I was a bit hesitant as they looked quite thin... Could they handle the weight of the meat without hanging or flexing? The answer is yes. They are very sturdy and remained completely straight!At 42cm long, you can get quite a lot of meat on there! I love the double metal form of these, as it means that not only is your meat thoroughly cooked from both halves, but it also gives extra support for your meat. Even if one side did slide/break off one of the long rods, at least it will stay on the other side and stay on your skewer!The handles are fantastic. They're not only super comfortable and well finished to not give splinters, but they also insulate the heat pretty well so the skewers are never too hot to touch (unless the handles were extremely close to the flames).The carry bag looks great and makes storage easy. It also lets everyone at the BBQ know that you mean BUSINESS when you pull this badboy set out.Overall, I think these are great skewers and I'd highly recommend them!

Kebab skewers kit is quite qualitative because it does not rust in contact with water. It is useful and so practical for a barbecue with my family, or with my friends. The metal part holds up well with the wood part, that is really important because I had a lot of embarrassing moments when the meat fell into the skewer fire, they also comes in a carry case. Delivery quickly and well packaged.

These are very different from my old single prong skewers, very easy to turn food over to cook the other side and not have one bit spin round or even fall off, I have yet to try these out but just looking at them you can see the advantage over the old type, these come in a snazzy zipped bag to keep them clean and up together, nice wooden handles overall very good set of skewers.

Wow! I have never seen anything quite like these skewers, and I'm really impressed. They come firmly fitted into a colourful fabric bag which is easy to carry. This rolls open to display the skewers which are very long and fitted to turned wooden handles. The skewers, which lie flat on the grill or barbecue, are stable and easy to turn. Perfect for a bit of surf-n-turf action on the beach!
