It allows me to connect to a variety of power sources. It is well made and works well. I was affected by the local Public Safety Power Shutoffs and this device kept my CPAP machine running for the duration.

When using this you need to have plenty of power built up on batteries. Also takes a bit for it to build up the voltage before it will power up the resperonic machine. Other then that great option for when rv, or camping.
