Brilliant product and excellent customer service
I had a slight issue with the product arriving and I was unable to speak to them through Amazon. They emailed me and dealt with the issue. As it was past the persons birthday they changed it for me and they sent a replacement. it arrived straight away and it was definitely worth the wait. Amazing product and amazing customer service. Would definitely buy it again and recommend it!

So fun
Really fun thing to do with friends and family. Encourages you to think outside the box. I really like how different all the puzzles are it meant all different people could have an input as different people pick up on different things. Have done 3 of these now and will defo do more.

Excellent gift for valentine's
I bought this for my husband and he managed to crack the code within few hours. I had to look for the clues online but he truly enjoyed himself. It was quickly delivery and worth the money. I would 100% recommend this product!

Great fun - superb quality and decent puzzles

My friend bought me this for my birthday, we had so much fun doing it. Some of the puzzles are harder than others but the cryptic clues you get were fun in themselves to work out. Would def recommend for any puzzle/escape rooms/logic problem fans!

We’ve done a few different escape rooms online or at home. This was the best! I've bought the same puzzle as a gift for friends as well - they loved it! It's the perfect gift for someone who likes puzzles or something a little different.

Got this as a gift for my family to tell them they were going to Monster Jam. We had fun playing it together and solving the clues to get the code to my custom message.

Must be in us and hsve a phone to use
It's okay and the puzzles are straightforward mostly, but one of the puzzles requires you to message a u.s. phone number....we live in south korea so it was a bummer to waste time on a puzzle when it wasn't mentioned that you'd need a phone service to solve the puzzles.
