Fitted this to a 3D printer, connected to Raspberry Pi, works great, super clear screen, touch is great, just works as it should.Printed a mounting case for it as it is a bare screen pcb

This is an excellent quality touch screen with an HDMI input for various different applications. I have tried it with Raspberry Pi 3 B+ and Raspberry Pi Zero, as well as a Linux PC and it works brilliantly. It powers up the Raspberry Pi so you only need one power supply for the screen.The touch function is very responsive and very accurate, well-calibrated. The cursor is exactly where you touch so even if it not a very big screen, it is very usable. The brightness is very good. I will be using it for a home garage CNC mill project and it looks like it is an ideal product for this purpose.

Using this for a custom vehicle head unit. The display quality is really crisp and clear, bright enough even in the sun. Touch is very responsive and accurate. The display has a significant amount of glare but applying a slightly obscure film solves the problem.The Pi mount is based on 3 support studs rather than 4 so application as is in an environment with vibration might not be suitable, however, this can be corrected by sticking a self made stud on the 4th mounting hole for additional support.

Picture quality works best with (or is setup for) Raspberry Pi and I would give 5-stars, though when tried with Windows, 10 the screen showed bright areas top and bottom, which was probably just an adjustment issue. I'm using with the pi, so all is good. Note: The touch screen works well providing the application used supports this feature (for example OpenPlotter/OpenCPN doesn't do pinch-zoom). The Pi mounting arrangement works well, though I'd recommend making and fitting a Perspex or aluminium cover to protect the exposed driver board etc.

This is a versatile touch screen usable on windows, The advantage of this screen is that it's touch-sensitive and behaves like a mobile screen having the ability to pinch and zoom and follow other hand and finger gestures compatible with touch devices. The screen is a chassis only device, having no frame or casing, but it does come with a set of mounting fixtures for further installation needs.I was a bit skeptical that this screen would work, or work badly without scaling or rendering correctly. I was wrong. I plugged in the included micro USB lead from the screen side port to my laptop USB-A port, then the HDMI lead from the screen side port to the laptop output. and ... hey presto, an immediate mirror of my laptop desktop! No installation, no drivers, no adjustments required.The screen although small has a good resolution and displays detail and colour with great clarity. I was very impressed. When I tried the pinch and zoom with my fingers it operated the zoom smoothly and accurately, just as it would on a mobile device. In addition, because my desktop was mirrored the touch functions all followed exactly on the larger laptop screen.In this mode, the small screen acts a bit like a USB writing tablet, allowing touch and gesture features to be applied to my windows 10 laptop. Excellent. In split screen mode, I can even run an app that gives touch / artistic/ design gestures.This is a very nice screen. To use it safely and I mean without damaging it, I will have to mount it on a backplate, or casing of some sort, as the rear of the unit exposes the Printed circuit board and associated chips and components. The screen is originally intended for Raspberry Pi projects. I'm not able to test this option, but I'm sure it will perform well if my windows installation is anything to go by. In terms of picture quality and ease of use, it's a great component for project work, either for Raspberry Pi or windows screen applications, with that great addition of touch gestures compatibility

Brought to attach to a new 8gb Raspbury Pi 4 out of the box. Would not sync when connected and was told I had to modify Raspbury pi software!!!, this is not plug an play. Very disappointed as was purchased as only monitor for the Pi.
