Robert's Infused Balsamic Vinegar - Sicilian Lemon (White) (750ml)

Fan-f-ing-tastic! This transforms any salad with a light fig sweetness. It's low calorie, there's probably a weird study about the benefits of balsamic, and it really is delicious. Imagine a chicken salad. Okay now throw on some bleu cheese and fig balsamic... BAM! You are now at some crazy fancy restaurant, paying $70 for a salad, except you aren't! You are welcome. Buy it. Don't argue. Buy it.

This stuff is AMAZING. Seriously—I am not usually a pay $17 for a bottle of balsamic vinegar girl, but I bought this on a whim and it is worth EVERY penny! I have avocado toast for lunch—less than a tsp of this stuff transforms it into a something off of a restaurant menu, and I want to lick the plate when I’m done. And at less than a tsp, I know it will last long enough for me to forget the fact that I spent $17 for it.One pet peeve—no ingredient list or nutritional values are listed on the bottle. They’ve included a photo in the listing, but I’d still rather have it directly on the product I’m using. Still, with how good this tastes, I’m not sure I care! I’ll definitely be trying other flavors.

Not only are we vegan but now we’ve cut out salt, oil and sugar and if anyone knows anything about vegans, we love our sauces....sriracha, cholulla, Korean bbq sauce, nacho ‘cheese’, honey mustard...and vinegar. This blueberry infused balsamic is just, well...glorious. So far I’ve tried it on fruit bowls (think $40 dessert in a swanky restaurant), veggie wraps (don’t be put off by the blueberry thing. Fruit infused balsamic or balsamic glazes give veggies an incredible complexity of taste that is just mind-blowing), and baked French fries. I’m really looking forward to trying Robert’s other (14!!!!) flavors but at $20 a bottle, I’m waiting for that second mortgage to be approved. But this stuff is TOTALLY WORTH IT. :)

Based on other favored balsamic vinegars in this price range, this one is too watery and tastes like vinegar that was not aged at the higher range 15-25 years, just not thick and syrupy enough. I have bought other pomegranate vinegar that is far superior. I bought this based on ratings but , to me, these high ratings are suspect. Maybe others have not tasted great pomegranate vinegar or other flavored vinegar. I feel that I was taken advantage of with this product.

I’m on my second bottle. First bottle was a 5 stars ++++ My second bottle isn’t as blueberry-ish. The reason for the 4 stars. It’s still delicious! The first was so fabulous, the second is good. I’ll be a little longer ordering a third bottle. Price is high for just good. If I could be sure to get the same great flavor as the first bottle, I’d order today..., it was worth the price!

So we've used this balsamic vinegar with raspberry infusion and it is a five star. Thank you so much and we will continue to order your product. So far, I've only tried the black mission fig infused balsamic, but I intend to order some more varieties because it was ***so*** good. There was a distinct sweetness to it and I can really taste the fig. Definitely superior to anything I've purchased from other makers of infused vinegars.Shipping was fast (Prime) and bottle arrived well packed. Completely satisfied.
