My daughter loves this. She has a lot of online friends and she uses this thing to virtually play with friends over FaceTime with her LPS toys and other things. I also use this for certain projects when I have to record things having the phone in a specific location. The base of this unit is nice and heavy so no matter how far extended the device is, the arm doesn’t fall over.But my daughter loves this thing because she can move it to wherever she wants in the house as well as on the table without having to deal with a table clamp or anything like that. It’s a great virtual play companion.

Need a document camera? Done. As other reviewers pointed out, you have to be aware of your balance, but it's scads cheaper than an actual document cam, and it's easier to store. Need to attend a Zoom meeting or record a video? Done. Need to prop up a cellphone so several people can watch a video or join a conference call? Done. So far, I've not encountered the problem which other reviewers describe where joints loosen, but even if it happens eventually, I will happily buy another just like it, secure that I got my money's worth. Teachers teaching on Zoom or Google Meet: get one of these and pair it with a Sanfant BlueTooth Headset. Top. Notch. Stuff.

This product works great for my phone for online music lessons. I bought it so I can occasionally send recordings to students with a overhead camera angle. Of course the ipad is too heavy to turn overhead, which is what I would expect when ordering this...the problem is the Ipad is too heavy for this stand when at normal angle. It worked fine for a few uses and then it just started tilting back..hard to keep stabilized. But for my phone couldn't ask for better..great stand for the price!

This is pretty easy to assemble, although it comes with NO instructions. You should remember to refer back to this posting where you can see assembly instructions as the last photo. For the price, this is pretty sturdy. I bought it for simple flat lay photos and filming, so it is perfect for my purposes. If you are using the stand to angle your device, the ball joint may not tighten enough for heavier phones or tablets. I wish the phone stand was narrower, but it is a good product for my needs.

There were no instructions, just the brown box And the three pieces wrapped in plastic, not sealed at all, like someone returned it and it was repurposed. I dont know who the company is nor was there any company brand, nor information for a return address, just the pieces, if i wanted to reorder. Although i had to figure it out on my own, it did take a minute to understand, and figured it out. Of important note, the base is not heavy enough to carry the weight of the arm, especially when extended, when it is setup to angle over a space, such as a desk, it leans over and drops. I would suggest adding a weight or sandbag to create the added weight, i used a 5 lb dumb bell for the added weight, which corrected the falling forward. The price was good, as it was within my budget for a new videographer, however, so i will not return, cause there is no company to return to, and see what i can discover so i know what to look for in my next upgrade.Updated Review after use. Although the base is light, the tool works very well. I am able, and ok with the use of an added weight for stability, bad thing is the weight hinders the movement of the arm to extend. The iPhone and iPad fits very snug. because of the base of the holder, the iPhone screen is somewhat blocked even after mover over, however, the iPad fits snug as well and has a better screen view. I was able to create a video and take photos as the last three photos show. If it were not for the 1) lightness of the base 2) hindrance of adding weight, and 3) adding weight caused blockage of extending arm and 4) covering the iPhone, I would have given a hight star rating. If the four items are upgraded, then I may be inclined to revisit this product. It is good for the price.

Needed this to support a document review online over the internet. Worked perfectly with my iphone 7.

Son uses this for filming his mass comm videos when he is making something etc. Very convenient and flexible with many angles. Excellent buy!
