Worked well for several months, good light, decent battery use, but failed after 6 months use. I have checked the bulbs, these are fine but the cicuitry has failed. Disappointing because the product looks good but it is clearly not suited to prolonged outdoor use. Lots of water inside the jars and within the circuitry.UPDATED: Despite being outside the warranty period MJ got in touch and were really helpful. Between us we have resolved the issues with this product and I now have a working product. I have to praise their excellent customer service.

Theses lights are just what I've been looking for to go into my stone Japanese garden lights. The timing mechanism is prefect to switch on the lights for 6 hours during the evening. Just the right size and nice and bright with a warm glow. They are outside but sheltered from the worst of the elements by the lid of the stone lanterns. So far they have been 100% reliable but I don't know how long the batteries will last. They would be equally nice just simply hanging from a tree branch or even inside the house. Really pleased and happy to recommend.

I like these, they look nice and give a nice vibe. They are easy enough to use, and the timer function is a good feature, not that I have personally needed to use it yet, but if I used them in the garden that would be a big plus. I don't know yet how long the batteries will last, but the item itself feels it will last.

Nice glass but these wouldn't and don't light up well at all

I love these really. I think they are way overpriced, but nothing quite like 'em. Shame really, I'd buy loads if they were at a more reasonable price point.
