Product is too heavy I could only hold it in the cutting position 10 to 12 minutes. the stick is too long and the position of the shoulder attachment puts too much force on the shoulder making it impossible to control the head.

I like that it has many positions that I can adjust when needed. The long pole help me reach to the top of the hedge easily. It came with a strap you can use to help with the weight of the trimmer. The blades are sharp, I can easily trim the excess branches off. It’s does have a good battery life, I can trim all of my hedges with one charge, I’m happy with it.

You need to have the shoulder strap on if you want to be able to use this hedge trimmer comfortably. I am 6 feet tall and lift weights at the gym but trying to use the trimmer without the strap was heavy on my arms.Once I got the hang of the trimmer it was very effective on quite thick branches. Cutting blades excellent.

I was pleased ro receive this item sooner than expected and it was easy to assemble. I have been using this on a large garden project and it has had to work hard. The blades remain sharp and the battery life is superb. it is heavy to use after a while but the shoulder strap helps. I have very sensitive hearing and having seen reviews suggesting hearing protection was concerned, however hearing defenders are not needed as it is very quiet for such large item. There is plenty of power and it is well made. I recommend this item without hesitation.

Not as powerful as I would have liked. Resorted to old electric one for top of a Leylandi hedge, having said that it was a poorly looked after hedge, may cope better next time I cut it.

This is exactly what I have been looking for to trim a number of hedges - beech, hazel, holly, box. It works well and has a considerable reach.The only thing to watch out for is that this is a heavy piece of kit and your need some muscle if you are going to use it for a prolonged trimming job. I prefer to use it in short bursts.No issues with battery life so far.I'm pleased I bought it.

Having used this long reach hedge trimmer I am very happy with it. It seems to be good quality and has performed well. It has plenty if power and the battery shows only 20% usage after using it on two hedges. The company who sells them sin the UK were very helpful when I needed to rearrange the delivery day.
