THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT I NEED: GOOD, COMFORTABLE FIT AND SUPPORT AND NO PRESSURE ON MY DAMAGED NERVES!
OMG! I LOVE THIS LUMBAR SUPPORT BELT/BRACE! My Order arrived today and every since I opened it and put it on, I haven't taken it off! ♥ I feel a whole lot better walking around with it on and cooking dinner with it on, and doing laundry with it on! I'm now sitting in my bed with it on and it doesn't hurt, nor is it too small. It is very comfortable for me and my knees still hurt, but not as bad with this back belt/brace on. / I may have been using the wrong size in the past with other Lumbar support belts/braces, but this one, I ordered it in a large so it can actually wrap around my low back and waist without the struggles of pulling it together to fit comfortably and support me. I am truly impressed with this Lumbar Support Back Belt/Brace! XOXO! The support bars? also feel nice and I don't feel any pressure / poking while walking around or sitting down. WOW! WHAT A GENUINE BLESSING FOR ME THIS IIIISSSSS! I Love My Purchase; and I'm Very Happy With It! Having the right size makes a huge difference also to me. This Is Very Well Made / Constructed Too! I Love It! ♥ GOD Bless Y'all. ♥ ♥ XO

Great support and comfort
I've used several back supports. I can honestly say I like this one the most. Good quality and good price.

Good support!
I wore this under my shirt playing golf and it was very comfortable. It didn’t scratch or itch my skin. My back felt good during golf and after. Unfortunately it didn’t shave any points off my score 😀

Helps with minimizing the back pain
I suffered from lower back pain for a long time and have tried several different supports in the past. But this one is my favorite. It fits nice, has adjustment to set the tightness right, and works great. I am just glad I bought this. Use it all the time, even when I don't have a pain but expect to lift heavy stuff around the house or in the backyard. Just a good way of protecting the back.

Just how well this device will aid my failing spine, and for how long.
I lived the life of a logger and farmer for the past 37 years, It was a wonderful way to live. As my back ached do to the work I learned to rely on a back support I bought at Sears. I would wear it to keep my back from hurting while I worked. As I got older and could no longer live this way I sold the farm and moved to the city. But my back was hopelessly damaged from years of work and heredity. So since my old brace was now weakened from years of use I wanted to buy something new. I bought the AVESTON Back Support Lower Back Brace. It's probably a very good product, but as my back is physically damaged it, alone, may not be enough. Only time will tell. I'll used it, and take steps to follow my doctors recommendations on how to treat my back; exercises, stretching, lots and lots of walking.Right now I need the time to adjust to this new brace. Wearing it too snug is like wearing a tight belt; and I switched to suspenders 20 years ago. I'll just have to "learn" the most comfortable way to wear the brace.

High Quality. Good Support. Proper fitment crucial.
I don’t write a lot of reviews, but wanted to submit one here because this brace and customer service experience far exceeded my expectations for an Amazon fulfilled product.First, I purchased this brace to help support my core after injuring my lower back doing excessive yard work. I also recently gained some weight (I’m 5’11 and 190 pounds) and hoped this would flatten my stomach a bit as a secondary advantage.First Impression:The level of comfort, amount of support provided, materials used and general construction are all top-rate. I felt confident this was a good purchase immediately after opening, inspecting and wearing for the first time.Initial Quality:The brace I received had NO noticeable defects (for example: the stitching, loose strings, ripped seams, wonky construction...). Some other options at this price point just do not compare.Comfort:Comfort is fantastic. With two adjustment straps you can find the perfect fit. I wear this over tighter, light cotton or modal undershirts. I’ve yet to have any issue with skin irritation and only occasionally to I slightly readjust.Customer Support:I contacted customer support with several general questions around best-practice product use. The COMPANY FOUNDER replied within 48 hours and her level of product commitment and willingness to help was evident! She advised me that obtaining the right fit was important to achieve the most support at peak comfort. As it turned out, I initially overtightened the straps and wore the brace too often (24/7). I was also tightening the brace improperly given its design. However, had I watched and followed the online video before my first use there would have been no need to reach out to support.Video / Instructions:The video is high quality and nice and short. Here’s the gist on proper fitment: First, fit the brace comfortably without the adjustment straps loose at the sides. Ensure the brace is centered by feeling at the back. Velcro the main wide strap. Lastly, pull the side straps to your desired position for optimal support. Use the side straps to increase and decrease support as needed. (For me, once I found the right setting I very rarely felt the need to change it throughout my day).Ease of use:It took me three or four days before I felt I had mastered positioning, tightening, and speed. However, I wanted to get it just right and learn to put it on within 30-45 seconds. Mission Accomplished.Time-Saving Tip:To easily tell which side is up, make sure the brace name (mine was Aveston) is right side up. Also the main, wide strap should always Velcro with the side in your right hand over the top of the side in your left. I’m not sure if wearing it upside down would even make a difference, however.Over 8 weeks:Overtime, I became more “in tune” with not only fast and proper fitment, but also determining when to wear it and for what duration. For me (this will be different for everyone), I started off wearing the brace for too long. On a few scorching hot summer days, I did notice the brace getting a bit warm, but in-line with what one would expect from ANY such brace.Life-Hack for Icing:Due to my injury I do need to apply ice semi-regularly. I use Chattanooga’s xl ice pack for my back (the black one). The brace doubles as a fantastic ice pack strap given its width, stretch, and strong Velcro.Other Notes:The Velcro is quite strong and of high quality. Once the straps are set for the day, they will not fail. Adjusting is very easy with the side straps, which also hold strong and appear to me that they will last a long time. Conclusion:If I lost this brace, I would by the same one without looking at other available options. Most likely any issue you have will be caused by improper fitment. Call customer service if you feel it’s just not right and the owner or a rep. will write back with helpful tips, and provide individual attention. Again, A+.*If this review is 5-star with no update listed below this line, you can assume it is working well for me over the long-term. *Will update if an issue arises.

almost perfect?
I may have purchased the wrong size. After measuring, wouldn't you know, I was on the cusp between M and L. I chose the medium and I like it - it keeps me from pain while gardening but I do wish it would cinch tighter. I use it - it's well made and, for the most part, it does the job/.
