This will work for making pretty much any kind of ammo you buy the dies for. No die? No loading ammo. So, plan your die purchases accordingly. I have all Lee precision and they all work well.

Does this include something that can remove the primer?

Primer removal is part of the die set, which is sold separately for each caliber.
