Great product, exactly as described, and one of the taller planters available on the market; the seller sent them well packed and with a typed note about the product and maintenance, with the name and cell phone in case of questions. Stunning experience.

Purchased 2 planters. One arrived damaged from shipping as the box was bent severely and it was just a shame. The seller provided a contact number and answered my text regarding the damaged planter. I received a new planter within a week and I didn't have to return the damaged one. Let me say this is amazing customer service that is most appreciated. The planters are so eye-catching and elegant especially since they now contain artificial spiral topiaries. I meant to place them on each side of our entry doors. But then, I couldn't see them every time I walked past our entry hall. Eventually, they will be in their new place.

I LOVE everything about these planters. The most amazing part is that the insert fits right over the top of the pedestal, which allows you to use less soil, plant a larger plant and leaves drainage holes to prevent root rot. I just added some screening to prevent the soil from falling through and voile' my beautiful begonias found a lovely home!!!

I ppurchased a pair of copper column planters nearly three years ago, believing they were made of copper, not reading the company's Amazon page thoroughly, and I missed the description that they are sheet metal. I was so excited to get them that I didn't pay much attention to the included care instructions which mention that minerals in water and soils can affect the copper plated finish; I saw drain holes and just assumed it was safe to plant real flowers. The copper color has came off as you can see in the first photo. I was very upset and contacted the seller with a nasty message that I regret. To me, I'd spent a lot of money on these and thought they'd last forever, gradually getting an aged patina look. The owner of the company immediately reached out to me, said it had been too long to issue me a refund but offered to replace these with a new pair which is quite unexpected, generous and appreciated. The new pair arrived today. I will use artificial plants, and also spray a clear coat of metal protector on this new pair. Over the years, I've made dozens or hundreds of purchases on Amazon; you won't find a better seller on here.

These planters are amazing! We ordered 3. They arrived well packaged and individually boxed. These were so gorgeous and high quality that I constantly get compliments on them. One sits near one of my sprinkler heads and has maintained its luster and shine. I did have to place bricks inside to keep them from falling over in the wind. I must say they did fall over several times before I added more weight and there was not a single scratch to be found on the two that kept falling. I will be purchasing more planters from this company.

Beautiful and tall. Hope it keeps its color as I have it outside. Love the height and planter insert with holes that came with.It is very lightweight so I filled the bottom with bricks, hope it secures it enough.Very classic looking, compliments my Mediterranean garden.The order did not disappoint.

The fit and finish is outstanding. Beautifully coated in a high gloss copper finish. It is certainly worth the money. Mine stands outside at my entry way. I found the perfect plant for it, and I ran a drip line up behind it into the plant.
