These capsules has been working very well for my diabetes, my A1C had been running in the 7s for years and after I started taking this black seed for about 3 months my A1C was down, to 6.3 my doctor asked me what was I doing, I told her, I was taking black seed , she did not appear too receptive, however, she asked me to be careful due to some people tends to over use herbs. I also informed my sister about the black seed , she’s also a diabetic and it lowered her A1C also to the lowest it had been in years, I would recommend, check with your doctor before taking to make sure it does not interact with any other medications.
