cute, well made for the price
It rotates very smoothly. The size and height is just right to put on my desk by my PC. The tall part holds my big scissors and the lower part works perfectly for post-it notes. Great buy. Just what I needed.

Perfect size
Not too big or small! I fit all my pens and high lighters in the top two, and a little bottle of lotion and a hair clip in the bottom one. Really nice cream color, and it turns really smooth.

Useful And Easy to Use

I purchased this when I was working from home and loved it! It doesn't take up too much space on the desk and the clear color I got goes with any color theme. It holds pens, highlighters, sharpies, etc. It swivels very well without tipping over too! Great piece to add to the office if you don't have a drawer for your pens or pencils.

Rotation issues
As a pen holder, I cannot complain but it does not work as described. The only way to get it to spin is to stick the base to the table (something I am unwilling to do). It’s also not perfectly circular which could bother some people.
