Mic mute button comes in handy
This headset has served its purpose well so far. It's the first singular "headphone" I've bought. Having just the one earphone has come in handy when I'm in the office, since it lets me listen to my coworkers while also having an ear in whatever I'm working on on my computer. The sound quality is decent for what I was expecting. It's certainly not comparable to studio monitor headphones, but I think those cater to a whole separate kind of work. Don't expect to mix or master any sound files with these, but since I was just looking for a headphone that gives me clear sound while keeping an ear open to the world, these are great. It also has a British-sounding narrator that gives you audio cues about the headphones, like "Power on," "Pairing," and "Your headset is connected."For meetings on Zoom, this headset has been incredible. The fact it has a physical mic mute button means I know for sure when I am silent on calls. My sudden panic wondering if I muted myself with a call's digital button has been non-existent, since I have this physical button and second layer to cut off my audio now. It also came in handy when I tested it on games where there is no digital mute. It let me run game audio through my speakers while I only turned the mic back on when I needed it, getting rid of any feedback loop. The battery life is pretty good so far. I haven't had the chance to stress test the headphone's charge, but I've forgotten to turn them off a few times and when I picked the headset up later, it was still running just fine. A nice touch also, while it has a "pronged" charging station that gives an LED light for charging status, the earphone itself has a USB C charging port. The little docking station is nice, but I like the USB C port better for wide compatibility.Overall, this headset was a good get. There was very minimal setup time on Bluetooth with my phone and laptop, and now it's going to be a staple at work.

Best value for your money.
I love the headset. It's the best working headset. I have used. I drive semi-truck. So a lot of the time there is a lot of background noise. Most people I talk to can not hear anything. They asume, I am not at work at all. So the sound cancelation is amazing. I can hear others very well as well. They can hear me loud and clear. I would recommend this headset to anyone. It's comfortable and the battery last me at least 2 days before I have to charge it.

Instant issues
Horrible experience with this headset. One month after I got it I started having connectivity issues. I work from home, tech issues are not easily resolved and to have random issues like not able to hear or be heard is not it. Not worth the buy. I already need to get a new set.

Update to my headset
Update 9/20: after leaving my review seller messaged me to send me a new headset with the experience that I had with my previous headset. I was very appreciative of the effort to assist their customers. As a work from home individual headsets and their comfort are important. I loved that the headset allowed me to move around my house with out concerns of connection loss. The issue I previously had was with the headpiece falling off. Now that I have this newer headset I’m glad to be trying out the head piece once again. A+ for customer serviceIt’s an OK headset but the headpiece already broke. So I had to put a hair-tie on it or it will dig into my head. No one wants to work with that pain for 8+ hrs. I haven’t even had this for a year and it already broke. It’s pretty flimsy headset. Added pictures so you can see. After a while the sounds isn’t that great either.

Great Headset, Nice Features and the Noise Cancellation is not a Hindrance
This is a great wireless headset and the noise cancellation doesn't actually get in the way of talking. I had tried other brands that had wireless bluetooth headsets and while they seemed to be OK, their noise cancellation would often soften the volume of my voice and others could not hear me as well. No challenge with that on this device. Also, I like the option of the charging base. For my situation it's great because when it's charging, it disconnects the base as an audio device so that I can go back to using my normal speaker and microphone. I actually really like that feature. My main reason for getting this headset was because my normal mic and the room I work in has some echo. So if I talk a lot, I use this headset to sound great and if I am primarily listening, I put the headset on the charger and use my normal multimedia.I use this for my work computer that doesn't have bluetooth, so I use the base. I do not have administrator privilege on my work laptop and was concerned that might be an issue using this device, but it was not. No special drivers required and Windows recognized it immediately. Couldn't be easier. The headset is comfortable and the buttons work well. The MFB is small, but I am sure I'll get used to finding it quickly and easily.

Surprisingly good headset with one major caveat
It's not just that it is a good headset for the money; it's a good headset period. I was using a Blue Parrot that cost me around $250 and I was never happy with it. The range was terrible for example. This headset allows me to leave my phone anywhere in my 2300 sq ft house and be connected anywhere inside and most of the outside too. The only place it has trouble is penetrating through two cinderblock walls at once -- one seems to be fine but two not so much if I am 30 ft from the house outside. Good quality sound -- not Apple pod good, but good for voices and way better than the Blue Parrot. Also, it absolutely kills unwanted sound from my end. I was standing next to my 60 gal air compressor and it started up -- extremely loud sound -- and the person on the other end heard zilch, nada, no sound at all. That's impressive. I've yet to run the battery down in the few months I've had it.Two years later: The headset no longer functions and I have not found a way to contact tech support. i went to their web site and requested help and have gotten no response in weeks. I bought another brand of headset because I needed a headset. Two star reduction for no tech support.
