Comfortable and functional!
My previous baby - shown in the picture- had issues gaining weight. My midwife introduced me research about how skin to skin saves baby energy because the mother’s body regulates so many of the infant systems. I wore that baby skin to skin nonstop for 4 months. I was surprised how skin to skin lowered my stress levels, I would get more frustrated with the extra chores of having a new Bobby when we weren’t attached, but when we were touching it didn’t register as a chore.I couldn’t find my old shirts for my most recent pregnancy and they didn’t have black on Amazon. I purchased white and decided to tie dye it. I’m a little sad because I should have gotten a larger size because my postpartum body is not the same as last time, but it still works, it just shows my mom handles. The weird extra piece of cloth that another reviewer mentioned is actually a built in breastfeeding cover. I love it because it’s useful and I manage to stow it in my boobs or tuck it in when its length annoys me.

Great idea, and holds more than most, but so hot!
Let me start by saying I live in Florida. I was very excited for this with the skin to skin aspect. I got it out the other day to use it but as soon as I put it on, I was practically sweating. I haven’t even put her on yet. While I had it on, I was reading the directions to try to figure out how to put her inside of it and then I was unbearably hot. But this is Florida in the winter time, so I would never wear it in Florida in the summer. It was roughly mid 70s outside and too hot in the shirt.I’m sure if I wasn’t sweltering I might’ve been able to figure out the instructions, but it seemed pretty fiddly. I do have a Moby wrap, and that is also hot Ian’s fiddly. I guess I should’ve known better. Moby wrap takes me a good couple minutes to get all sorted out so that the baby and I are comfortable

Best baby wearing wrap for a newborn
This is by far the easiest wrap to use with a newborn. It feels more secure and is so much easier to use than most wraps. Easily allows for skin to skin and helps keep baby’s head in a safe position. I only wish this had been around when my older 2 were babies. The only negative thing I can say is that the straps feel a little bulky when you are wearing this without the baby in it. Because it is an actual shirt, you will need more than one if you want to use it every day.

Weird fabric flap
I like the shirt, love the ease of skin to skin and baby carrying. But the front panel is this long, round-bottomed extra flap on the shirt. It doesn’t make sense and makes the shirt look super weird - a round scoop of fabric hanging down six inches below the rest of the shirt, when the rest of the shirt doesn’t have a scoop/round shape. It’s like a shirt tail from a dress shirt/blouse, but in the front. I’m guessing it’s to make room for the baby, but there’s just to much of it - the material doesn’t feel strong enough to support a baby big enough to fill it all out.The flaps/ties that hold in the baby aren’t quite cut right to support it fully. It’s hard to get the top edge of each snug to support the head. Maybe this won’t feel like a problem when the baby is able to support his head.

Disappointed
Nasty. I didn’t even get to try because I received a used one. Came with no instructions, someone’s deodorant marks inside, just came in a bag. Im upset and disappointed. I’m returning this one, and going to give it another shot and re-order another one.

Great baby carrier top
Absolutely loved this shirt so much wow ! Incredible material. True to size. I got a medium. And durable . I held him alittle still because he wobbles alot but overall it was perfect! He was so cozy and slept in it all day while i was out to brunch for mothers day :)

Returned
I couldn’t even figure out how to put it on lol. Material was thick. Directions that it came with really could have been better. I even watched a tutorial. I like the Solly baby wrap much much better, even easier!

Great for newborn
I bought this after my newborn was born for skin to skin contact and it works great. Wish I had it on hand before the birth. It's skin tight so I don't wear it out. It gets pretty toasty with the little one inside so we only wear it on days around 70 degrees or cooler. He's 12 pounds now and it still works well. Haven't tried the way to carry bigger babies yet

Good during pregnancy or for my tummy after birth, not quite with the baby
It really helped support my tummy and lower back during pregnancy and even tucked in my belly after birth. However, to wrap the baby in was not quite convenient or as snuggled and feel secured as the original Moby wrap, and the zips for breastfeeding were quite difficult to deal with only one hand. I need to use my mouth to hold the top bit while zipping up or down with one hand, while I am carrying my baby with another hand.
