Better than Ovaltine
I'm lactose intolerant, so I generally go for the alternatives (namely almond milk and rice milk) but sometimes the flavor can be a bit, "meh". So I tend to seek out some additional (but at least somewhat nutritional) additives. I never heard of Milo until a friend randomly mentioned it, so I sought it out and tried it. Usually you have to stir it, let it sit a few minutes, then stir again to get it completely dissolved. But I think what I like about it most is, even if it's not fully dissolved, the remainder is 'crunchy'. Like cocoa pebbles! I've always hated the fully powdered stuff wherein you get a mouthful of "poof". Uck! But this at least is more 'nom nom nom' :) Flavor wise, it's easily on par (if not slightly better) than the Ovaltine Chocolate. The worst thing is, Milo isn't carried locally for me :(

NOt sure if its an acquired taste like Vegemite which I equally love but I can't get ...
I was raised on this stuff so you won't hear anything negative from me. NOt sure if its an acquired taste like Vegemite which I equally love but I can't get enough of it since I'm from Australia. My kids who are US born don't care for the texture in their milk so more for me. I guess they wouldn't give it 5 stars. My only issue is this does not seem to be made industry area and has a different taste than normal but still does the job OK.

Different texture to what I was used to but taste the same.
The texture of this can is not what I was used to in South Africa. This is a powder and not the more coarse granules that I was expecting. But it tastes the same and that is what is important. Dissolve it in a glass of warm milk and you can't tell the difference. Another treat for me when I was a kid was to mix two tea spoons of milo with two teaspoons of condensed milk and eat it as a sweat treat.

Perfect nostalgia
Bought this for my husband as he is from Colombia and introduced me to the cookies of this brand/flavor first before I found this mix. He uses it sparingly because it helps him reminisce of his childhood. He says it tastes just like how he remembers.

Aussie Aussie Aussie! Oi oi oi!
An Australian treat that's hard to get in the States. Tastes just as expected. There are deep philosophical rifts among Milo drinkers on how this should be prepared; stirred thoroughly into cold milk, dissolved with a dash of boiling water before adding milk to change the color, versus letting it float atop the milk to eat it with a spoon. Choose your side! Everyone agrees that it must be tried sprinkled over vanilla ice cream.

Don’t by from this vender
Product arrived fine, but when I went to use it, did not dissolve like it should and the mixture was clumpy when it should be like Nesquick

Not what i expected
My frined told me about milo and how great it is. So i decided to try it. Well, the taste is fine bit the texture is...crunchy. If you put it in cold milk the crunchy pieces float to the top and don't blend in. The friend who told me about milo said it shouldn't be crunchy, however, we did some research and it appears that milo is a different consistency depending on the country in which its manufactured. My milo is from Ghana(crunchy). While her's was from the Philippines . Mine is still edible and enjoyable (not very sweet) but you have to tell your mind that this is suppose to be crunchy. With hot milk, the crunchy parts do dissolve. This is great tasting in a blended ice cream shake!

Best stuff ever! Just like when I was a kid.
I love Milo ever since I was a kid. I can't find here in New York for some reason, it was so easy to find in my neighborhood supermarket. Now all I can find is ovaltine which has so much sugar,Milo taste way better because it has less sugar.I'm really glad I found on Amazon.
