It fits a little lose the protector moves around it could be more secure so ill have to get use to it .

My son says they are comfortable the material feels good it’s not like a microfiber material that sticks to everything. The fit is as expected, but they are a little long for him could just be his body style as he is stocky and hasn’t quite reached his full height yet. We’ll see how they hold up for the price.

I bought these for my 8th grade lacrosse playing son. He finds them comfortable. I have never had to force him to wear them. Two weeks ago he took a full force shot on goal (70 mph-ish) in to his boy parts. He still ended up on the ground and dry heaving. Male parents had a similar reaction. However I have seen a couple kids taken to the hospital in a similar situation when not wearing protection. My son was walking and talking 20 minutes later. No bruises or blue effect either immediately after or few days later. We will always buy the shock doctor protection for him. It works, true to size and comfortable.

I play catcher on a baseball team, these shorts are not as snug fitting in the cup area as my other Shock Doctor compression shorts. When I'm crouched down in position the cup seems to come away from my body. It's a bit uncomfortable

Based on the size chart I purchased youth large boxer briefs because my son had outgrown his youth medium youth compression briefs (and shock doctor doesn't make a youth large brief). The youth large shorts fit in the waist, but are too loose in the front and the bottom, so the cup doesn't stay in place.Also, FYI, the plastic box these are packaged in was crushed in transit. Not sure if that would be an issue if I try to return them- I'm going to keep these shorts for next year and buy something else for this season.

My son has always preferred the compression shorts over a standard jock strap. They fit well, hold up well to regular wear and hold the cup in place. Repeat customer of this brand.
