Cartman 1" x 12' Lashing Straps Up To 600lbs,4pk Blue

Just got back from a 400 mile road trip. I used these 4 straps to tie down my Roof / Cargo bag on the top of my Toyota Highlander. Worked like a charm! The straps are made well and strong. They are 12 feet so they're plenty long. The metal "buckle" on the end is also well made and *solid*. Be careful when swinging them around because they are like having a heavy rock on the end of a string when you're carrying these around. The buckle works great, but take your time initially threading the other end of the strap into it because it's a tight fit. I can see how the ends *could* eventually *fray*, but I figure it can be easily remedied by cutting and melting the ends with a little heat. Once the strap is threaded through, the buckle will hold that strap TIGHT! Releasing it is also easy by pressing the release tab. Those 4 straps held down my roof bag like a champ driving up to 90... I mean 75 mpg :) They each arrived nicely rolled up in a rubber band, but after using, it's pointless to reroll them so I carefully "folded" each one 3 times and tied a simple knot, then threw it inside the provided bag which was a NICE bonus because I have something to keep the store the straps in. Of course these can be used to strap down anything else. I can only attest that they are strong and the buckle will hold strong. It will come in handy for other uses. Great product and great price!

The straps are well made and they were delivered on time when I ordered them in July. I didn't get around to using them until mid October. The straps are in a box wrapped in packages of two. The second package ontained only one strap. By that time I was long past the return period. The straps work well and I like them....just wish I had that 4th strap.

I use these a lot and they work well. Webbing is thinner and cam not quite as good as NRS or Thule straps but those cost a lot more and these work. I don't hesitate to use them to tie a very expensive kayak on my car.

The Cartman Lashing Straps are ideal for my purpose because they let me safely secure my two inflatable paddle boards on top of my car. The straps are easy to deal with because they are true to size and length. They are quite simple to use: simply wrap the strap around the item you need to secure, pass it through the buckle, and you're good to go! As long as the object isn't too heavy, these straps can be used to secure even larger objects and are very simple to use.The straps' thinness, meanwhile, could be a drawback if you intend to attach a big object—like a refrigerator—with them. However, this thinness works to my advantage because it keeps my paddle board from getting scratched. I suggest using a thicker strap if you want to secure a hefty canoe or other bulky objects. But these straps work perfectly for lightweight goods like my inflatable paddle board.

Great value. Easy to tighten and adjust. The strap material is thinner than others I have purchased but still great. I'm using them to hold windsurfers onto a rack.

I hope the weight rating is incorrect, ie lower than actual. The cheapest cam buckle strap at Harbor Freight has a much higher working and break strength than these.The webbing looks good, but the soft feel makes you wonder. I like the cam buckles. they are much better than many low or mid range cam straps. The webbing will be the failing of the straps. Webbing comes straight cut at the end which shows mfg short cut. When I cut the normal angle the webbing frayed and weave loosened. When singing the end the poor quality of the webbing became even more apparent.I knew these were not NRS straps when I ordered them and I didn't expect them to be even close. I just needed a few extra straps for a kayak trip and NRS straps have gone up so much (and I have so many already) that I just wanted a few more straps to tie down the extra kayaks and paddle gear we had to load. I would not purchase these Cartman straps again and cannot recommend except for light use. If you can afford them, buy NRS cam straps. They ARE the strongest, longest lasting straps on the market.

I used it these to fasten my sofa, bed and other furniture during a long move. They worked very well and were easy to use. I will be using them.

Finally something that 100% matches its description, these straps are awesome and once you tighten them they hold what ever you are using them for. I got these for my trailer, I need something that wasn’t too big but enough to go over my load, I’m always taking a ton of branches and need to strap everything down. Worked perfect 👍
