This is my second one. Last one lasted a long time and I dropped it a lot. Held up great and was cracked in a couple places. I probably could have got them to replace it, however it would of taken longer and more cost than ordering a new one. Its a great price and durable also comes with 2 screen protectors. Good Buy.

Loved this case! I chose it mainly because of the color, but it turned out to be a really great case. Got a ton of compliments on it, too! Love the multipurpose ring on the back! Great buy!!!

This purchase was a replacement of the same model, which until recently I would have given 5 stars.. The first case protected my phone for about three years and I was very happy with its looks, effectiveness. and sturdiness. However, when the phone fell -- indoors from a height of 3.5 ft -- the ring broke off. For me the swivel ring is an essential feature. The ring snapped off and there was no way to reattach it. Despite that design flaw, I am glad that I was able to get the replacement.

This product I don't know how to feel about at first it was cool it fit my phone great it's didn't slip on anything it was easy to hold cuz of the little ring in the back but the first time that I dropped it inside the corner chipped and from there it was over it fell apart quickly

The product seems durable and sturdy enough but disappointed that it does not come with a screen protector. This means my phone (and yours) is more susceptible to scratches, cracks and smudges. I've only had it for a few days but considered returning it as it does not meet the expectations I had. This may be my fault for not reading specs more thoroughly nonetheless, its not quite what I expected.

I needed to get another case for my phone and I wanted a purple one because that's my favorite color. This is a vibrant purple, it fits my phone perfectly, and it feels very secure in my hand.

Took awhile to get but everything is taking a long time nowadays. Case came intact with no damage. The 3 stars is because I cannot use the thumbprint function with this cover and the instructions are non existent. But I don't even know how to install the cover. I tried many different ways and it would never "click" in. I set it on the screen and tested the thumbprint function with no luck. Why do I need one dry and wet wipe? Dust absorber? Guide sticker? What in the world are these for. Please add some instructions it's not hard to do! Also what is the other cover for? Do the covers not last? I have so many questions with no information. Yes I'm frustrated but I will try it out for awhile.I just realized the screen protector is for some other phone it doesn't fit the S20 FE!Update: I have had this 11 months now and it's done a very good job protecting my phone. My screen is now scratched due to missing a proper screen cover. But all together it's been great! I am now searching for another phone case. I finally dropped my phone really hard and cracked the corner of the case. I will up my rating to a 4. I'm not buying another one of these because of not coming with a screen protector as advertised.

I really did like the color and texture of the case. The color was true to the image and the texture somewhat looked plasticky but felt like soft foam which I liked.Unfortunately 1 week in the finger hold on the back Bent and today the finger hold broke off entirely.I'm a little disappointed as I hoped it would work for longer.

Well made case. Finger ring holder is super sturdy versus the ordinary stick on kind. It's built right into the case. Only negative feedback is that it's quite difficult to get the finger holder open for use.
