This is an effective solution to allow you for to play bluetooth media in cars that just have FM radios. Simply insert the device into your 12V input, find an unused frequency, connect to your phone via BT and away you go. I prefer this setup to the battery powered equivalents that you have to charge, this just seems like extra steps to me.The bluetooth encoding is actually quite good, with the end result sounding slightly better than just your local radio station (this was the case for me, although may vary slightly for others due to various things)The two USB inputs work as well as they can for as 12V. They will never charge as fast as your 3 pin socket at home, but this is not the fault of the device nor is it avoidable. 12V auxilliary sockets typically provide 1/4 of the ampage of your house (approx 20 amps in your car vs 80 amps in UK households).The button controls are simple and effective, allowing you to skip/rewind tracks as well as answer phone calls without having to touch your phone. For me this is perfectly sufficient.Perhaps my only complaint is the interference you get at low or no volumes. Again, this is pretty unavoidable due to the fact it is an FM transmitter, but people should be aware of this. If the customers who are not too experienced with technology are assuming a noise-free wireless connection, this simply is not the case, and this lays bare the fundamental limitations of these devices no matter how well designed they may be.All round, this is a great make-shift solution for wirelessly playing media in your not-so-modern automobile. Does what it says on the tin and does it well.

this works better than expected. occasionally there is a bit of static kind of noise but other than that works great

Only issue that I get interference when near HT pylons. Trying different frequencies to see if I can cut it out. Otherwise very good.

Does exactly what it says and does it well. Very easy to setup just worked pretty much right out the box and signal strong and clear. Connects to my phone automatically when I get in the car. It’s exactly what I wanted!

Transmitter works well, FB and Bluetooth are good.Buttons arent very intuitive, and can be hard to find while driving.The blue LED is distractingly bright when driving at night.

I purchased this item as it was reduced in the Amazon warehouse. The adaptor was small enough to fit in the centre console hole/ power socket in my 206. The setup was easy, find a frequency with no station, plug in the unit and set to the same frequency. Bluetooth connection was quick and easy and connects quick every time I use it. Only down side is the light, it's a little annoying for me, you can turn it off but haven't worked out how to do this yet.
