Product works as advertised. Easy install and makes my old Maglite brighter than ever! I was so impressed I bought a second one for my father. They were out of stock on Amazon so I went direct to Lumencraft. Although they were also out of stock I was able to place an order and email the company. The communication was excellent and Lee went above and beyond to get me my order before Christmas. Very impressed! Thank you.

The 2% setting is brighter than my old single led drop-in. Paired this upgrade with a tempered glass lens for the best result.

If I could give this product more stars I would. This flashlight bulb is easy to install, and if you are having difficulties with it there is an included pamphlet with a QR code to scan that will link you to a video showing you how to install the bulb. This bulb is BRIGHT. Seriously bright. Brighter than my future. If you are looking to illuminate even the darkest of times, this bulb is for you. I will definitely be looking to upgrade all my bulbs to Lumencraft bulbs sometime in the future.

Not Bright Enough 😕

Physically, a great-fitting drop-in for a standard incandescent 3D Maglites.Max brightness is good, and the lowest-brightness mode available is acceptable.But the "interface" is a PITA. Not only is it designed for lights with a click on/click off behavior that's "backwards" from Maglites, the click-counting and poor feedback/confirmation is maddening.(I know there are limited options with only a power button and the light itself as input/output methods... but I was tempted to pull it apart and find a JTAG port or something similar to change the settings instead!)

It's easy to install and it's certainly brighter than stock by a longshot. Problem is, it's not really a true 2000lm assembly. It's not a terrible light and it seems rather sturdy. I just got it today and I already like it. What I don't like and don't appreciate is the religious pamphlet the seller decided they had to include. Entirely unnecessary and not what I really want when buying a MagLite upgrade. Worship who you like, don't cram it down my throat. It's a flashlight, not the light of Jesus. Calm yourself.

Puts out a wall of light.My batteries did not last as long as I thought they would but I’m switching to a higher MAH battery to take care of that.If you want your old maglite to be spectacular, get this drop in. Easy install and bright.I love the different modes you can do. I use the lowest setting all the time.
