It is working very good for support back but run very small and for short people. For tall people not good. Usually tall people have problems with posture.

Kind of pricey, so I can't give it five stars. I only recommend items to friends that I feel are fairly priced. Reasonable price is important to me when I'm deciding if I like something vs. love it. I needed it, so I paid $55 for it & it is as advertised. It fit as expected and does what it's supposed to do. I find it possible to put on, but not easy - that would be due to a back issue in the shoulder blade area that I've been struggling with, rather than the design of the brace. The other reviewers have covered this item very well, so I don't have much to add - just a suggestion based on personal experience. Follow the directions that say to wear for very short periods of time to start with and to adjust the snugness over time as well. I put it on & felt comfortable, so I snugged it up and wore it for an entire 20 minutes. Much later that day, I noticed soreness - like the feeling of working out to hard or using muscles you didn't know you had. I was uncomfortable for a couple of days. When I tried again, I built up my time and snugness over time & had no soreness. So, my advice is to take it easy and not try to rush things like I did. It took a while to get your back, posture, etc. messed up - It will take a while to correct it :-) Well designed product. Happy with purchase.

The less-than-five-star problems:If your posture is ranges from less than ideal to horrible, this brace will provide support BUT it will be uncomfortable over time. In this case it serves as a good reminder to stand or sit upright. It may even reduce some posture-related pain. However, it takes a while to get used to this brace, just like any other brace from any other manufacturer.Now the good points:As I get older my body is beginning to look like a question mark. I needed something that provided more support that those braces which basically put your shoulders into a Full Nelson wrestling hold. This brace might look like overkill but it provides support for shoulders, upper and middle back. It took a while to get used to but the manufacturer tells you how to ease into using it forlonger periods per day. Just follow the directions, the manufacturer knows best how to make this work. If I'm doing a lot of physically demanding work that requires flexibility I don't use it. It's one thing to help someone move a houseful of boxes and furniture as opposed to mowing the lawn, jogging and so forth.This brace is easy to put on which is great if you have stiff shoulder joints. There are no preset shoulder loops you have to wiggle into. Another thing I found most helpful is that it is easy to adjust throughout the day. No longer do you have to strip down in order to adjust it.

I have been struggling with back pain for over two years; I have gone to the doctor, I have done physical therapy and taken up yoga to try and help the pain - nothing worked. I am now doing Crossfit and the strength training is really starting to help, but not enough to offset back pain throughout the day.I still have ended up crying some nights it's so bad, and my fiance has been helpful to give me back-rubs at night when the pain is at its worst. I went back to the doctor and she recommended a posture correcting brace (not to live in, but to help strengthen my back muscles to improve posture and reduce pain).I was skeptical and I really think my fiance is worried, but ever since I got this brace and put it on, I have instantly noted reduced pain in the thorasic curve of my back (where pain resides almost all the time) and because of the posture support, my spine is feeling some relief where I am otherwise normally leaning forward and collapsing my shoulders inward.This brace feels tight and uncomfortable when I am wearing it and if I wear it with a tank-top it can chafe my armpits a bit, but I can tell it is helping.I can only wear for about two (2) hours at a time and then I need a break; so I am doing 2 hours every night and finding the relief is already great for my sleep and general attitude throughout the day. I love this thing even though it is uncomfortable and causing me pain (doing the opposite to my back muscles and spine then what I put it through in a given day). You don't realize how bad your posture is until you put this thing on - it corrects and lifts (hello my boobs!) and makes you more confident (head up!).Long story short - this is helping reduce my pain and is very robust - I'm glad I chose a stronger brace that covers more of my back to force good posture while I am wearing it - there is not fighting this, once it is on - you have good posture!

Pour avoir utilisé une autre ceinture de maintien que je n'ai pu supporter, je peux dire que celle ci soulage bien le dos, petit bémol quand on est assis elle remonte un peu. J'ai 2 fractures de vertèbres et ne peut bénéficier d'un corset rigide, avec cette ceinture tout le dos est bien maintenu. Elle est facile à mettre, et ne demande pas trop d'efforts quand on a mal.Pour la taille veiller à ne pas prendre trop juste - penser que la ceinture se place au dessus d'un vêtement.Il faut dans un premier temps que les muscles s'habituent et ne la porter que peu de temps, puis augmenter petit à petit et ensuite on ne s'en passe plus.Les baleines de maintien ne sont pas amovibles comme indiqué. Elles sont placées de chaque côté de la colonne vertébrale et ne provoquent donc ainsi aucune gêne. Le maintien est ferme sans être une contrainte pénible.Je ne regrette vraiment pas mon achat.

This really works well. I have a tendancy to slump in my computer chair and this stops me doing it. Definitely recommend

Realiza su función. Tiene unas varillas en la espalda k te la mantienen rígida. Y te corrige la postura.Lo devolví y pedí una talla más porque keda demasiado justo.

Apres plusieurs semaines d'utilisation, il s'avere que vous ne pourrez pas le porter toute la journée, des que vous vous asseyez l'ensemble vous remonte jusqu'a l'estomac c'est fort desagreable et si vous le serrez trop c'est le mal de vente assuré (je fais 57 kg pour 1.67 m) je le précise pour pas qu'on me dire que c'est a cause d'un gros ventre car j'ai pas de soucis de ce coté la.Bref l'ensemble remonte tout le temps des que vous faite des mouvements c'est chiant au possible.

At First I found it difficult to wear There were no proper instuctions in the Package.Video on U tube was helpful and managed to wear it Not that Difficult.It seems ok though not sure if it will improve my posture
